Independence Health System Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Storeroom Associate to support the hospital supply chain. You will manage storeroom inventory, receive and inspect shipments, and coordinate same-day deliveries to clinical areas.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with inventory management systems and handheld devices.
• Proficient in using inventory tools and forklift equipment.
• Ability to drive a delivery vehicle and operate related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining storeroom and distribution areas, including receiving, storing, and delivering supplies.
• Unpack, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Prepare picking lists, delivery receipts, and coordinate deliveries to offsite locations.
• Rotate stock, perform cycle counts, and report shortages or damages to Procurement.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle and equipment checks.
