Job summary

Jobot seeks a Facilities Management Director to lead plant operations, engineering and facility services at a multi-story inpatient rehabilitation hospital in St. Louis.

You will oversee a roughly 120,000 sq ft facility, manage a team of about 20, and ensure safety, regulatory readiness and smooth daily operation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in hospital maintenance with supervisory experience; CHFM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; hospital maintenance experience preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare facilities; supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of TJC, OSHA, EPA, NFPA and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility, plant operations and engineering for a 120,000 sq ft hospital.
• Lead a team of ~20 direct reports with hands-on mentoring.
• Ensure compliance, patient safety and survey readiness.
• Manage preventive maintenance, documentation and CMMS records.
• Oversee vendors, capital projects and infection control activities.
