GSK is seeking a Hospital Senior Account Manager to drive formulary access and patient discharge readiness across an assigned U.S. territory. You will engage Infectious Disease physicians, hospitalists, pharmacists, and C-suite stakeholders to secure formulary inclusion and protocol alignment.

The role focuses on developing and executing an integrated territory plan, exceeding sales targets, and collaborating across a matrixed sales organization. Travel up to 50% within geography is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years of experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Experience with hospital decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan to maximize sales.
• Secure and translate hospital formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization.
• Engage stakeholders in clinical discussions to support patient identification, treatment selection, and discharge readiness.
• Collaborate with discharge planners, case managers, and pharmacy leadership to support patient access and therapy continuity.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with leadership.
