GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Hospital Senior Account Manager to support formulary access, protocol readiness, and discharge pathway alignment across targeted hospital accounts. The role engages IDNs, physicians, hospitalists, pharmacists, and discharge planners to drive sales and secure formulary inclusion.

You will develop and execute an integrated territory plan, exceed sales targets, and collaborate across GSK's matrixed sales organization to optimize customer engagement and drive product

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years of experience calling on hospitals and health systems.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Secure formulary wins and translate market access into consistent prescribing within hospital accounts.
• Engage pharmacy, medical, and operational stakeholders in clinical discussions supporting patient identification and treatment choices.
• Collaborate with discharge planners, case managers, and specialty pharmacy partners to support patient access.
• Plan activities to achieve call metrics, optimize coverage, and drive access and sales opportunities.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive appropriate product utilization.
• Understand account structures and regional market trends to develop in-depth product knowledge.
