Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical sales.
• 3+ years calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory via an integrated business plan.
• Secure formulary wins and translate access achievements into prescribing and utilization.
• Engage hospital stakeholders in clinical discussions supporting patient identification and treatment.
• Facilitate collaboration with discharge planners, case managers, and specialty pharmacy partners to support access and continuity of therapy.
• Analyze data and trends to inform territory plans and opportunities.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks per brand strategy.
