GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Hospital Senior Account Manager to lead formulary access, discharge pathway support, and demand generation across targeted hospital accounts in the US. You will engage Infectious Disease physicians, hospitalists, pharmacists, case management, and IDNs to drive sales and adoption of GSK products.

Formación

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years of experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel using a customer engagement selling model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned execution and business success.
• Participate in training and development programs while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing an integrated business plan.
