Job summary

Moments Hospice in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Director of Business Development to lead regional sales and marketing initiatives, expand referrals, and drive growth in patient census. The role oversees BD teams, partners with hospitals and care facilities, and champions CRM-driven strategies while ensuring alignment with clinical operations and Moments’ mission.

Responsibilities

Directs all Business Development and Marketing activities in the assigned region to grow hospice revenue, patient census, and partnerships.
Develops and implements strategic sales plans in collaboration with the RDBD; contributes to the marketing plan and budget.
Leads coverage plans for sales territories and aligns BD activities with clinical and operational goals.
Oversees BD teams, provides training and coaching to meet sales, activity, conversion, and admission targets.
Maintains CRM usage and reporting of sales strategy and progress to leadership.
Promotes community engagement and builds referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and organizations.
All other duties as assigned.
