Job summary

Moments Hospice is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead performance of all sales and marketing activities in the assigned market, under the direction of the Regional Director of Business Development. You will oversee revenue growth, referrals, admissions, and patient census while supporting Moments Hospice’s mission of changing the hospice experience.

• Directs all Business Development and Marketing activities in Assigned Region – Develops and Implements Programs focused on growth of hospice revenue, patient census, and partnering opportunities.
• Oversees planning, training, and coaching of Business Development Teams to meet sales goals and ensure satisfaction.
• Develops and implements marketing plans, reports progress to leadership, and fosters partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Business Development team members to meet or exceed sales and growth goals.
• Defines performance expectations and creates training programs for a repeatable sales process.
• Leads CRM usage, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue.
• Represents Moments Hospice in professional organizations and events to generate referrals.
