Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks a seasoned Endpoint Solutions – Engineering professional to design, implement, and optimize Horizon-based VDI environments across Windows 11 and enterprise endpoints.

You will manage golden images, desktop pools, Instant Clone lifecycles, and application delivery workflows while ensuring a secure, compliant, and high-performance endpoint estate. You will collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and identity teams, participate in after-hours

Qualifications

• Extensive Horizon/VDI experience and admin skills.
• Strong VMware vSphere knowledge including clusters, storage, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on scripting in PowerShell and VMware PowerCLI.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement management systems and infrastructure.
• Design and support Horizon-based desktop delivery and VDI.
• Manage golden images, desktop pools, and application delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot VDI performance, login times, and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and identity teams for secure, scalable VDI.
