Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks an experienced Endpoint Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and manage Horizon-based VDI environments, ensuring secure, scalable desktop delivery across the global endpoint estate. The role emphasizes image management, on-call support, and cross-team collaboration.

You will mentor colleagues, stay current with Horizon and Windows 11 trends, and drive improvements in performance and reliability within ICE's virtual desktop estate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Windows 11 in both physical and virtualized environments.
• Strong virtualization and Horizon infrastructure experience including Instant Clones, image management, and UAG integration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, and implementation of management systems and infrastructure.
• Design, maintain, and support enterprise VDI with Horizon-based desktop delivery.
• Manage golden images, desktop pools, Instant Clone lifecycles, entitlements, and app delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot VDI performance, access, profile, and user experience issues across the full stack.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, identity, and app teams to keep VDI secure and scalable.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
• Mentor teammates and partner teams with knowledge sharing and guidance.
• Stay current with supported technologies and identify opportunities to apply new features to business needs.
