Qualifications

• Experience handling bodily injury claims and homeowners liability claims, with litigation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance policy language and coverage interpretation.
• Ability to mentor junior adjusters and handle complex caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex auto accidents.
• Determine coverage, liability, and damages within authority.
• Adjust and negotiate claims; provide guidance to junior staff.
• Identify subrogation or fraud potential and handle accordingly.
• Apply advanced understanding of company policies and industry standards.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Handle injuries reviews and negotiate moderate to complex claims.
