Qualifications

• Experience handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims.
• Litigation experience may be necessary for this role.
• Candidates must be based in Pacific time zone states and able to work 8am–5pm Pacific time.

Responsibilities

• Handle investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims (coverage, damages, subrogation, litigation) with discretion within authority.
• Apply understanding of insurance policies written by the company and industry.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.
• Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills.
• Recognize body parts of a vehicle and potential property damage.
• Partner with assigned reps for fraud or subrogation cases to achieve best outcomes.
