Job summary

Queen City Medmart, LLC, a full-service medical equipment and home modification provider, seeks a Lead to oversee the completion of work on assigned projects. You will guide field teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with customers.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, construction skills across framing, carpentry, drywall, and finishing, plus clear communication to schedule work, track materials, and control costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years of construction experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory/lead position or 5+ years of construction experience.
• Strong leadership, time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrive ready to work and clock in on time.
• Lead the team through the work on assigned projects.
• Communicate with customers to schedule work and discuss changes.
• Purchase materials and manage project costs; maintain receipts and time sheets.
• Close out projects with customers, securing signatures and payments.
• Maintain clean work sites and vehicles; willingness to learn new skills.
