Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or residential remodeling preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general construction practices preferred.

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with residential accessibility modifications, installations, and remodeling projects.
• Perform general construction tasks, including carpentry, demolition, flooring, and basic plumbing and electrical work, under supervision.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow instructions from the Construction Manager and Lead Installer to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Learn proper installation techniques, construction methods, and equipment operation through hands-on training.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites, company vehicles, and work areas.
• Treat customers and their homes with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
• Arrive on time, prepared to work, and participate in daily team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects while maintaining quality workmanship.
