Job summary

Golden 1 is seeking a Home Loan Senior Processor to organize and execute processes for 1st mortgage and equity loans. You will handle a pipeline of conventional, FHA, and jumbo products, including purchase, refinance, owner-occupied, and investment loans, coordinating with Home Loan Advisors and vendors to ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, calculating income, and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and Golden 1 policies.

Qualifications

Five+ years experience in a financial institution processing home loans.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Knowledge of Fannie Mae and FHA guidelines.
Accurate income calculation and loan documentation review.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage high-volume telephone interactions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with Members, Home Loan Advisors, and Vendors for loan processing.
Order title reports, appraisals, and related documents; verify accuracy.
Ensure compliance with BSA, RESPA, TILA, TRID and AML rules.
Review income/assets per investor guidelines and update LOS.
Interpret DU findings and align DU/LOS data.
Maintain knowledge of FNMA, FHA, and Golden 1 equity products.
Maintain and respond to quality control issues.
Complete HMDA information.
Manage pipeline to meet service levels and efficiency targets.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
