Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan journey and serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes coaching branch teams, coordinating with bankers, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The position requires strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, and local real estate markets, with a focus on FHA/VA financing and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories and reports accordingly.
• Builds expertise as the internal/external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
