Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and serve as the primary contact for loan-related inquiries. The role focuses on delivering superior customer experiences while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

You will collaborate with branch teams to promote originations, stay current on FHA/VA/lam guidelines, and mentor colleagues to ensure a high level of service across the home lending portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
