Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Manager to plan, direct, and provide safe pharmacy services for home care patients in line with company policies and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement teams and help meet location budgets.

You will oversee purchasing, inventory, and security of medications and supplies, ensuring quality and readiness for patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license.
• 5–7 years in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting OR 3 years with residency/equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience directly managing people.
• At least 2 years budgeting or capital expenditures experience.

Responsabilidades

• Determine suitability of patients for home care.
• Supervise and evaluate pharmacy staff quality and effectiveness.
• Direct activities of the pharmacy department.
• Schedule staff to meet patient pharmaceutical-care needs.
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding and training.
