KLA Industries seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of all departments within the company including pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.

The Manager (PIC) oversees the financial status and coordinates with owners and the corporate office on issues of finance and clinical implementation of therapies.

Formación

• Must hold B.S. or PharmD license in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, providers, and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and computer skills.
• Strong business and financial understanding of operating a profitable pharmacy.
• Preferred: 3 years of clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience managing pharmacy support staff.
• Preferred: Minimum 1 year infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.
• Preferred: Sterile compounding training.

Responsabilidades

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as a liaison between the Board of Management and staff.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on the provision of health care by professionals.
• Resolves questions, problems, and issues across departments.
• Implements and upholds company policies, procedures, and protocols in service delivery.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve quality of care.
• Maintains knowledge of USP <797> for sterile compounding quality and sterility.
• Oversees performance improvement processes and assigns staff to initiatives.
• Reviews charts and lab results for therapy selection and supply management.
• Evaluates physician orders for safety, cost, and accuracy.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates results to the physician and care team.
• Supervises pharmacy staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Assists in training and orientation of new employees and programs.
• Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
