Option Care Health, Inc. is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. Requires an active RN license and CPR, with travel up to 100% as needed.

You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and care continuity under a physician plan. The role includes teaching patients and families, documenting care in real time, and coordinating with the clinical team.

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software.
• Ability to operate a vehicle and travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plans of care.
• Performs direct patient care and educates patients and families.
• Obtains and clarifies physician orders and communicates changes.
• Discharges planning and prepares discharge summaries with instructions.
• Prepares documentation in real-time for billing and compliance.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I and coordinates with the clinical team.
