Job summary

Covenant HealthCare is seeking a dedicated nurse supervisor for its home care program. You will coordinate patient care with the home care team, supervise Home Care Technicians and LPNs, and mentor nursing staff through orientation and preceptorship.

You will evaluate client needs, implement care plans, and educate clients on health management and self-care. A Michigan RN license and BLS, plus clinical nursing experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure with Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification.
• Valid Michigan drivers license.
• Two years' experience in clinical nursing.
• Homecare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with the home care team.
• Supervise Home Care Technician and LPN.
• Serves as preceptor for nursing students and orient new staff.
• Develop and revise Plan of Treatment to meet goals.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapies per orders.
• Educate clients and caregivers on care procedures and health management.
