Job summary

Li & Fung is seeking a Senior Designer - Home for LF Markets USA Home Division. The role spans soft and hard home, translating brand identity and trends into commercially viable products.

You will lead the design process from concept through product development, coordinating with licensors, retailers, and overseas teams to ensure timely execution. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in home product design, experience with licensed brands, and strong CAD/Adobe skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Home Product Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of home product design experience, with Senior Designer-level experience preferred.
• Experience designing across soft/home categories and across both preferred.
• Experience working with licensed brands and licensed product development preferred.
• Strong understanding of color, print, pattern, materials, finishes, construction and product development.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; CAD/design software a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Experience partnering with overseas vendors and development teams.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept through production.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of seasonal home collections across soft and hard goods.
• Manage design process for licensed brands and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Sales, Sourcing, and overseas teams.
• Provide design feedback and revisions to internal and overseas partners.
• Develop product assortments aligned with retailer, brand, and customer needs.
