YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking a Home Delivery Coordinator/Case Worker in Torrance to oversee the Home Delivered Meal program and support Congregate services. The role involves evaluating client needs, leading staff and volunteers, and ensuring safe, timely meal delivery.

You will manage routes, supervise staff, and coordinate with other program areas while maintaining high levels of member satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social service or equivalent established by experience.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification maintained at all times.
• Serv-Safe Food Handling certification current or within 3 months of hire.
• Strong skills in program development, staff supervision, and volunteer development.
• Ability to manage staff, offices, schedules and resources for the department.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Home Delivered Meal Program and assist Congregate Meal Service operations.
• Lead staff and volunteers; ensure member involvement and satisfaction.
• Assess new clients and perform quarterly reassessments of existing clients.
• Manage delivery routes, meal packing and program supervision.
• Conduct in-home evaluations to identify ADLs, IADLs and other needs.
• Uphold YMCA safety policies and risk management; attend required trainings.
