• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing 8-10 projects simultaneously.
• 4-5+ year track record of site-operations & leadership in new home construction.
• Strong team-building skills & excellent customer communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design hand-off to sub-selection & scope contracts, safety, and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.
