Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Project Manager / Site-Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Petersburg, VA. The role oversees site operations from design hand-off to final closure, ensuring quality, safety, and excellent client communication.

Compensation starts at $100K+ per year with DOE, plus bonuses per home and benefits (PTO, healthcare, 401(k), etc.). 4-5+ years in residential construction and strong leadership are required; local travel and multi-project oversight

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time.
• 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership in new home construction.
• Good team-building skills and excellent communication abilities with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design hand-off through sub-selection, scope contracts, safety, and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.
