Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Ashland, OH is seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager for residential new custom construction. You will oversee multiple custom-home projects, manage subcontracts, schedule, safety, and client relations to deliver quality homes on time.

The role requires 5+ years in New Construction, strong leadership, excellent communication with owners, and ability to manage 8–10 active projects concurrently while controlling budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably custom-home projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects (8-10) simultaneously.
• 5+ years of proven operations and project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong leadership and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run projects and manage sub/client relationships for each home.
• Oversee site management from pre-construction to completion, including safety and scheduling.
• Negotiate with contractors/vendors and manage job site development and production.
• Regulate budgets and manage job costs.
