Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboarding, and supporting Professional Caregivers and CNAs
• Manage caregiver schedules and coverage needs
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, experience, and needs
• Participate in client intakes and support care plans
• Conduct quality-assurance and supervisory visits
• Review care documentation for accuracy and timeliness
• Coach caregivers and address performance or policy concerns
• Lead quarterly staff training focused on safety and quality
• Develop caregiver recognition initiatives
