Qualifications

• 2+ years of home care sales experience.
• Established referral relationships for home care patients preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills required.
• Experience working with sales CRM software

Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff, social workers, RN case managers, area rehabs and physicians.
• Represent the agency at community and healthcare events.
• Collaborate with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction.
