Ethos is seeking a Senior Home Health Sales Executive to drive referral development and census growth in the Austin market. Local market knowledge and proven referral relationships are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Home health or hospice sales experience required.
• Outside referral development experience strongly preferred.
• Must speak to prior sales activity and measurable performance.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, senior living providers and case managers.
• Identify and cultivate new referral sources in the assigned market.
• Maintain and strengthen existing referral relationships through field presence and follow-up.
• Execute sales plans to grow census and market share.
• Track activity and pipeline using CRM or sales software.
• Coordinate with internal operations, clinical and leadership teams and represent the agency at events.
• Maintain knowledge of local market, referral patterns, competitors and growth opportunities.
