Job summary

Senior Helpers Greenwood is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee all client services across Greenwood and surrounding areas. You will convert leads, retain clients, and grow service hours from existing clients while coordinating with the care team.

The role includes field visits, onboarding, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement to enhance seniors’ quality of life. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, client services and management, sales, or account management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills with clients and families.
• Ability to learn software programs quickly.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• New Clients: Create and implement onboarding for new clients seeking services.
• Respond to service inquiries and follow up with leads to meet conversion targets.
• Be the main contact for introductions, first days of service calls, and visits for new clients and families.
• Determine services needed to enhance seniors’ quality of life.
