• Must effectively manage sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction schedules.
• Schedule sub-contractors throughout the building process.
• Approve sub-contractor invoices and verify work completion.
• Maintain cleanliness of communities during construction.
• Recruit new subcontractors as needed.
