Qualifications

• Experience in home building required.
• Preferably worked for a Production Home Builder.
• Must effectively manage sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction schedules.
• Schedule sub-contractors throughout the building process.
• Approve sub-contractor invoices and verify work completion.
• Maintain cleanliness of communities during construction.
• Recruit new subcontractors as needed.

About the Position

We need experienced, enthusiastic, energetic Builders and Construction Managers who are team players and are looking for growth opportunity and stability in a compaany.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day schedule of the construction of our homes
• Schedule the sub contractors throughout the entire building process
• Approving all sub-contractor invoices and verifying the work has been completed according to the scopes of work
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the communities at all times
• Recruiting new subcontractors as needed
• Additional responsibilities are required, which may not be listed here

Qualifications

• Home building experience
• Working for a Production Home Builder preferred
• Ability to effectively manage sub-contractors
• Extensive construction knowledge and OSHA safety requirements
• Some college preferred, Construction Management or Construction Science degrees preferred
