Puget Sound Educational Service District is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Home-Based ERSEA to lead the delivery of high-quality Early Learning Services for children and families, providing leadership, direct services, and supervision for Home Visitor staff.

The role emphasizes antiracist, multicultural leadership, and strong collaboration with community partners to ensure compliance, enrollment, and program integrity across the ERSEA system.

Qualifications

• Community college and/or vocational school degree or higher with study in job-related area.
• Experience with Head Start/Early Head Start/ECEAP ERSEA system.
• Experience in supervising, coaching or mentoring direct services staff

Responsabilités

• Consults with Home Visitors regarding family needs to support positive outcomes and cultural awareness.
• Coordinates recruitment efforts and maintains materials, schedules community meetings and events, and tracks recruitment.
• Develops and implements plans for application, eligibility, selection, enrollment and wait lists to ensure compliance.
• Develops community partnerships for recruitment, referral, and resource sharing.
• Embody antiracist multicultural leadership and advance equity across the agency.
• Facilitates meetings and trains staff to improve program services and information flow.
• Maintains records and documents to support audits and compliance.
• Manages caseload assignments to ensure full enrollment and program compliance.
• Monitors service delivery, documentation, and curriculum fidelity for compliance.
• Monitors staff training attendance for safety and funding compliance.
• Participates in data collection and analysis for program planning and goals.
• Partner with PSESD Early Learning staff to integrate sites with quality standards.
• Prepares written materials documenting activities and outcomes.
• Provides training and consultation to home visitors to support positive outcomes.
• Responds to inquiries from staff, district personnel, families, and partners.
• Supervises personnel to develop leaders and high-performing teams.
