Job summary

Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) seeks a Senior Coordinator, Home-Based ERSEA to lead enrollment services for Early Learning programs, supervise Home Visitors, and ensure compliance with Head Start ERSEA requirements.

This role partners with Early Head Start Home-Based Manager and cross‑program teams to recruit, enroll, and support families, while advancing antiracist, culturally responsive practices.

Qualifications

• Community college and/or vocational degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with Head Start/Early Head Start/ECEAP ERSEA system.
• Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring direct services staff.

Responsibilities

• Consults with Home Visitors to support family needs before enrollment, promoting cultural awareness.
• Coordinates recruitment efforts, maintains materials, schedules events, and updates the program website.
• Develops and manages application, eligibility, selection, and enrollment within required timeframes.
• Develops community partnerships for recruitment, referrals, and resource sharing.
• Provides training, technical assistance and consultation to home visitors to improve outcomes.
• Maintains records and documentation to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitors caseloads, service delivery, and staff training to ensure safety and quality.
• Partners with PSESD Early Learning to integrate sites while maintaining standards.
• Supervises personnel and supports leadership development and performance.
