CTL Companies, established in 1986, delivers high-end residential and commercial automation and integration services with offices in Littleton and Castle Rock. We seek a Lead Home Automation/AV Technician to install, program, and service integrated systems for luxury projects.

The candidate will work with top brands and collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to ensure flawless execution. Strong communication and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential AV and automation field experience.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong knowledge of Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Josh.ai.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and service integrated AV, lighting, shading, and control systems.
• Design and deploy complex audio/video installations and calibrations.
• Perform wiring, commissioning, and system programming.
• Provide ongoing technical support and site documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and team to ensure project success.
