Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha is seeking an Sr Analyst, System Support to serve as the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System expert and to lead escalation resolution, configuration changes, and controlled releases. You will coordinate with IT and vendors, drive end-user satisfaction, and help shape enhancements and investments to improve the organization.

You will also lead mid to large projects, manage the application roadmap, and work across operations to support data reporting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems).
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills.
• General knowledge of Lending.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.

Responsibilities

• System Support: Ensure performance, reliability, and maintenance of Hogan Loan Servicing System and coordinate with IT/vendors for upgrades.
• Business Analysis: Lead requirements gathering, analyze stakeholder needs, document findings, and support end-user testing.
• Reporting and Data Analytics: Design and maintain reports, process standard and ad-hoc reports, and respond to data requests.
• Training and Development: Enhance end-user knowledge, develop training materials, and mentor teammates.
• Business Relationship Management: Build partnerships with stakeholders and manage expectations across units.
• Project: Participate in medium to large projects, lead meetings, support planning and execution.
• Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policies and applicable laws.
