First National Bank of Omaha seeks an Sr Analyst, System Support to act as a system expert for the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System. You will lead escalations, perform configuration changes, and coordinate with IT and vendors on upgrades and releases.

You will drive business analysis, develop reports, and train end users while shaping the system roadmap and strategic enhancements. This role emphasizes strong communication, project involvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking operations, lending, or systems experience.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and analyze stakeholder needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across IT, operations, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own system support for the Hogan Loan Servicing System, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders; document and share findings.
• Design and develop reports; process daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports; provide data insights.
• Provide training and guidance to end users; update system documentation and support onboarding.
• Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders; manage expectations and communication across units.
• Contribute to medium-to-large projects; participate in project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, laws, and BSA/AML program.
