First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Sr Analyst, System Support to become the Hogan Core Banking Platform Loan Servicing System expert. You will lead mid-to-large projects, coordinate with IT and vendors, and ensure end-user satisfaction through controlled releases and strategic enhancements.

The role requires 5+ years in banking, strong analytics and communication, and the ability to design, test, and implement effective system solutions across operations and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Lending products and related processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid to large projects related to system support and enhancements.
• Perform requirements analysis and coordinate testing with end users.
• Design, configure and test system solutions and changes.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for support, upgrades, and deployments.
• Develop metrics and documentation to support analysis and findings.
