Cynet Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Hogan Application Developer in New York City for a contract role. You will work across the full software development lifecycle to develop, enhance, and support Hogan banking applications.

Key activities include building solutions with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe (z/OS) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver bank-grade enhancements.

Qualifications

• Extensive Hogan Core Banking development experience.
• Strong COBOL/JCL/CICS/DB2/VSAM skills on IBM Mainframe (z/OS).
• Hogan modules such as CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM.
• Familiar with core banking functions and regulated change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Hogan Core Banking applications.
• Analyze requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Build and support COBOL-based Hogan modules and interfaces.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business/tech teams and document changes.
