Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a skilled software developer for the Hogan application development and support team. You will provide complex technical support to data processing systems, develop software and procedures, analyze, code, test, and implement enhancements, and ensure production systems are reliable.

Qualifications include 4+ years in software development with Hogan Core Banking experience, and the ability to support and enhance enterprise applications; bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

4+ years of software development experience or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field with 4+ years experience, or HS diploma with 8+ years
Hogan Core Banking experience
Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise applications

Responsibilities

System Enhancement: build and modify modules, estimate times, execute test plans.
Analysis: assess data requests, scope, and impacts with accuracy.
Business Support: provide production system support, draft technical docs.
Technical leadership: act as resource across teams and lifecycle stages.
On-call Support: 24/7 on-call rotations.
