Job summary

Mission Royale Adult Village in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, systems, and amenities in our active adult community. This hands-on role covers mechanical, fire/life safety, security, pool areas, and common spaces, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for residents.

You will partner with the Community Manager, ensure compliance with codes, manage bids, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-time maintenance experience in HOA or property management.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool equipment and chemicals, painting, drywall, welding.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Community Manager to maintain buildings, systems, common areas, and assets.
• Ensure compliance with City, State, Federal, and OSHA code and permit requirements.
• Perform maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, welding, and related tasks.
• Maintain association amenities including pools, hot tub, water features, pickleball, tennis and bocce courts.
• Identify maintenance needs and manage bid processes for timely completion.
• Interact with onsite staff, owners, residents, and vendors professionally.
• Follow up with homeowners/residents regarding service issues.
• Operate, maintain, and store maintenance equipment.
• Weekly setup for events, including moving tables and chairs.
