Evergreen Village in Prescott, AZ seeks a Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team and ensure resident satisfaction. The role includes carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and small repairs under supervision, with on-call rotation and rent-ready prep for new residents.

Qualifications include prior maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and high school diploma. On-site role with benefits and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance.
• Experience with wifi, camera systems and other digital services.
• Drivers License required; High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance team and assist in resident/guest satisfaction.
• Perform a wide variety of building maintenance and mechanical work under supervision.
• Use work orders and respond promptly to ongoing maintenance issues.
• Keep areas clean, store tools and supplies properly, and follow safety policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation to cover the building 24/7.
• Prepare apartments/rooms to be rent-ready for new residents.
• Walk the community weekly to identify repairs and follow up.
