Job summary

My Arizona HOA Manager is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance and repair needs across our HOA and condominium communities. This role responds to service requests, completes repairs, coordinates with vendors, and helps ensure properties and common areas are properly maintained.

You will inspect facilities, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and communicate with homeowners, board members, and management while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
