Job summary

HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) invites applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician at Envy Residences in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports the community with routine inspections, basic mechanical and grounds maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure safe, well-kept common areas.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in building and grounds maintenance and is comfortable handling repairs, with a focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Great customer services skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in a residential community (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls

Responsibilities

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance - Vendor scheduling and monitoring
• Maintenance of common areas, maintaining Work Order database
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
• Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management, scheduling an annual roof, storm drains, elevator and fire safety inspections

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community. We're offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience is a plus.

Selected candidate is subject to background and drug screening and physical for this position, there is no cost for the candidate.
