True Talent Solutions Partners seeks a senior litigation attorney to represent homeowner associations in California, handling real estate, construction defect, and related matters from complaint through trial. Remote work with Los Angeles as the primary location, occasional visits to the LA office may be required.

You'll manage full-cycle litigation, maintain a caseload, and aim for 1,800 billable hours annually while delivering high-quality written work and collaborating with experienced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil litigation with trial experience.
• JD and active California Bar membership.
• Strong legal writing and ability to draft independently.
• Experience in HOA/community association law or real estate/crct. defects.
• Knowledge of Davis-Stirling Act, CC&Rs or real estate governance.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to meet 1,800 billable hours annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle litigation from complaint to trial.
• Oversee caseload independently and respond to client needs within 24 hours.
• Represent HOAs in real estate, construction defect, bankruptcy, and judgment collection matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on community association matters and Davis-Stirling Act applications.
• Meet annual 1,800 billable hours while delivering high-quality written work.
