Hunterlex seeks an experienced Litigator/Transactional HOA Attorney to advise California homeowner associations. The role requires 3–7 years of concentrated litigation or transactional practice, active California Bar membership, and excellent writing with a client-service focus.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years concentrated litigation or transactional experience
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Active California Bar membership in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service legal counsel to HOA boards and community managers
• Handle litigation matters including real estate disputes and construction defect cases
• Draft and review transactional documents (governing documents, resolutions, articles of incorporation)
• Advise on Davis-Stirling Act compliance and CC&Rs
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and manage own caseload
• Contribute to firm marketing and industry events
• Collaborate with founding partners and staff to deliver results
