Qualifications

• 7–15 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership.
• Experience in HOA/community association law or related fields is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage cases from filing to trial.
• Writing sample required during interview.
• Southern California candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle civil litigation from complaints through trial.
• Independently manage your own caseload and communicate with clients.
• Represent HOA/community associations in real estate, construction defects, bankruptcy, judgments, governance disputes.
• Develop expertise in California HOA law and the Davis-Stirling Act.
• Prepare high-quality briefs, motions, and correspondence.
• Meet the annual billable-hour requirement of 1,800 hours.
