Capstone Search Group is seeking a High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to join an established service team in Houston. You will focus on private client insured accounts, managing renewals, and advising on coverage options.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of personal lines client service, an active state license, and a track record with affluent clients. This hybrid role offers growth within a leading agency and a commitment to high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of personal lines client service experience.
• Exposure to private client accounts and affluent client services.
• Knowledge of processes, policies, coverage, and exclusions.

Responsibilities

• Serve existing personal lines accounts (home, auto, etc.).
• Prepare renewals and remarket quotes for standard and private client markets.
• Collaborate with the team to support high net worth clientele.

• Schedule:Hybrid work schedule with work-from-home option available after the initial training/new hire onboarding period.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role you must offer:

• At least 3-5 years of personal lines client service experience with significant exposure to private client accounts with knowledge of processes, policies, coverage, and exclusions work for specific insurance companies that cater to affluent clients.
• Active state insurance license.
