Xenith Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Process SME to support the HMMS PMO for the Defense Logistics Agency. The senior lead will guide cross-functional teams across HMMS migrations, upgrades, and cybersecurity coordination, ensuring delivery excellence in a complex DoD environment.

You will translate operational needs into sound program decisions, manage schedules and artifacts, and present findings to senior DoD and military officials.

Formación

• Ten (10) years of HMMS experience.
• Five (5) years environmental and systems experience; or a related degree plus at least three (3) years in environmental field.
• Five (5) years HMMS, HMIRS, and DSS experience on a DoD ACAT III IT development program.
• Hands-on DoD lifecycle management understanding of DLA policies for system changes, upgrades, connections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• IT-II security clearance or NACLC.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior DoD officials.
• Lead Environmental SME must be an employee of the prime contractor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ongoing contractor technical efforts and serve as the Government's contractor point of contact.
• Lead HMMS migrations, connections, re-hosting, system upgrades, and government-directed initiatives.
• Perform high-level functional analysis and advise on design, integration, documentation, and implementation of HMMS applications.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle with emphasis on planning, testing, integration, and documentation.
• Ensure deliverables, integration plans, testing needs, and training plans are complete and coordinated with customers and DLA teams.
• Create, monitor, revise, and track project plans and meeting materials.
