Xenith Solutions is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency HMMS PMO. This high-priority role oversees a large, complex task order, aligning technical solution, schedule, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments.

You will work with the Program Manager, Government personnel, and technical teams to manage performance, surface risks, and ensure continuity through transition and delivery.

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project-management certification required.
• At least five years of relevant IT/consulting leadership experience.
• Five years of environmental and systems experience or related degree with three years in environmental field.
• Five years of HMMS, HMIRS, and DSS support knowledge in a DoD ACAT III program.
• IT-II security clearance or NACLC at proposal submission.
• DoD-approved IAM Level III baseline certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for briefing senior officials.

Responsabilités

• Manage the assigned task order and ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time.
• Assist the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer and task-order managers.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, schedules, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverable status.
• Lead project-level forums; prepare agendas, minutes, and monthly status reporting.
• Coordinate testing environments, training activities, and site participation with the PMO and supporting organizations.
• Oversee contract kick-off and transition planning for orderly knowledge transfer.
• Monitor issues and dependencies and communicate corrective actions to government stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration among service sites, trainers, and technical/support personnel.
